This is where i will Log my progress
This is my first blog entry and this is where i plan to log my workouts and other daily activities.Right now I am doing a 5x5 workout.Todays workout heaviest set of squats was 265x3 which felt easy. Bench was 230x3 which was also easy.I will post my weight at the end of the night.
